Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Fast Social platform and all associated services. By using Fast Social, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. Permitted Use
Fast Social is designed for legitimate business use including creating, scheduling, and publishing social media content for your own business or clients. You may use the Service for any lawful commercial purpose consistent with these policies and our Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not create, upload, schedule, or publish content that:
- Is false, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent
- Is defamatory, libelous, or constitutes harassment, bullying, or abuse of any individual or group
- Is obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit
- Promotes violence, terrorism, or hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
- Infringes or misappropriates any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property right
- Violates the privacy rights of any person, including posting personally identifiable information without consent
- Promotes or facilitates illegal activities of any kind
- Is spam, junk mail, or unsolicited bulk messaging
- Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code of any kind
- Impersonates any person, business, or entity
3. Platform Compliance
When posting content to third-party social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) through our Service, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your content complies with the terms of service, community guidelines, and applicable policies of each platform. We are not responsible for content removed, flagged, or penalized by third-party platforms.
4. AI-Generated Content
Our Service includes AI-assisted content generation. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before it is published. You must not use AI generation features to produce content that violates this AUP. You retain responsibility for all content published under your account, regardless of how it was generated.
5. Security and System Integrity
You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, or connected systems
- Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to access the Service in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Circumvent any security or authentication measures
- Harvest or collect personal information of other users
6. Account Sharing and Credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your login details with unauthorized individuals. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately. Each paid seat is licensed for a single user; sharing credentials across multiple users is prohibited.
7. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any misuse of the Service or violations of this AUP, please report it to us at abuse@socialscheduler.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
8. Enforcement
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor use of the Service. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this AUP, we may take action including issuing a warning, suspending your account, terminating your account, or reporting the activity to law enforcement authorities. We will endeavor to notify you of enforcement actions, but are not obligated to do so where doing so would compromise an investigation or the security of the Service.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Updated policies will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
