These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fast Social ("Service"), operated by Fast Social Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@socialscheduler.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. License to Use the Service
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes. You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party the Service or any portion thereof.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to, and will not permit others to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Upload, post, or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, harassing, or invasive of another's privacy
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service without our prior written consent

5. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload, create, or publish through the Service ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you. You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, and Buffer. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of any third-party services.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@socialscheduler.com.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SOCIALSCHEDULER, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notifying you by email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
