Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy describes the terms governing paid subscriptions to Fast Social ("Service"), operated by Fast Social Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to the Service, you agree to the terms below in addition to our Terms of Service.
1. Subscription Plans
We offer subscription plans on a monthly or annual basis. Plan features, pricing, and limitations are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time. The plan you select will be confirmed in your subscription confirmation email.
2. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period for new accounts. At the end of your free trial, you will be automatically enrolled in the paid plan you selected. If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel before the trial period ends. We reserve the right to modify or terminate free trial offers at any time.
3. Billing and Payment
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle, starting on the date you subscribe
- All fees are stated in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each billing cycle
- If a payment fails, we will attempt to re-charge within 3 business days. If payment continues to fail, your account may be suspended or downgraded
- You are responsible for keeping your payment method current and accurate
4. Upgrades and Downgrades
You may upgrade your plan at any time; changes take effect immediately and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle. Downgrading your plan takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Downgrades may result in loss of access to features or data associated with your current plan.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@socialscheduler.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period. We do not prorate partial months upon cancellation.
6. Refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law, or at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact support@socialscheduler.com within 14 days of the charge in question and we will review your request.
7. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any price increase via email or in-app notification. Price changes will apply at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice period. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.
8. Service Suspension
We may suspend your account without notice if: (a) payment is overdue by more than 10 days; (b) you violate our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy; or (c) we detect fraudulent activity on your account. We will notify you of suspension via the email on file.
9. Data Upon Cancellation
After cancellation, your account data (posts, uploads, and profile information) will be retained for 90 days, during which you may request an export. After 90 days, your data will be permanently deleted. We are not responsible for data loss following account cancellation.
10. Software Ownership and Intellectual Property
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Fast Social platform solely for your internal business purposes during the term of your active subscription. This license does not constitute a sale and confers no ownership interest of any kind.
Fast Social Inc. retains sole and exclusive ownership of all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including without limitation all software, source code, object code, algorithms, databases, user interfaces, designs, workflows, documentation, trade secrets, trademarks, and any other intellectual property embodied in or related to the platform, whether registered or unregistered.
Subscribers and users receive no rights to the underlying software, source code, or intellectual property of the Service. You may not: (a) copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Service or any portion thereof; (b) sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party the Service or any portion thereof; (c) access or use the Service to build a competitive product or service; (d) scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract any portion of the Service's content or functionality; or (e) remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary rights notices (including copyright and trademark notices) on or within the Service.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Service may be used by Fast Social Inc. without restriction or compensation. All rights not expressly granted to you in this policy are reserved by Fast Social Inc. Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund and may subject you to legal liability.
